How fast can you ship?+
Most projects ship in 5–14 days. Marketing site: 5 days. Headless commerce: 2–3 weeks. Voice agent MVP: 7–10 days. Compressed timelines (5-day Express, same-day Today) are available at +25–50% on the calculator.
Why is the price what it is when the tools are public?+
You aren't paying for the tools. You're paying for the obsession that worked out which tools, in what order, against which constraint. The compression is the product.
Are your AI voice agents GDPR and EU AI Act compliant?+
Yes. EU-hosted infrastructure (Twilio EU, Deepgram EU, ElevenLabs EU). DPAs (AVV) signed before any patient/client data flows. No audio recordings — only structured intake. Article 50 disclosure scripts ("This is an automated assistant") built in by default ahead of the 2 August 2026 enforcement.
Do you work with Arztpraxen and clinics under DSGVO?+
Yes. We follow the DSK Positionspapier from 16 June 2025 on AI in medical practices. Voice data is treated as biometric (Art. 9 GDPR). German hosting, AVV provided, no third-country data flows. We won't deploy without a written processing agreement.

Berlin-Charlottenburg — Galvanistraße 12A, 10587. We work with German healthcare practices, Greek hospitality businesses, and SMBs across the DACH region.
What does the calculator actually price?+
Calibrated to verified Berlin/DACH 2026 boutique-tier rates, ~30% below the Halbstark/evensix-class median. Price is locked for 14 days from configuration. Two payment milestones: 50% on signature, 50% on launch.
What if the build doesn't work?+
Two-week iteration window after launch where any defect or regression is fixed at no cost. Every retainer tier above Bare includes ongoing maintenance. Bare (€99/mo) is host-only — fixes billed at €120/h on demand, you take the risk.
Will you sign an NDA before discussing scope?+
Yes — we have a mutual NDA on file, signed within the same day if you ask. No charge.
