Hotels: cut OTA dependence, capture direct bookings, comply with BFSG.
Direct-booking site in 6 languages, BFSG-compliant booking flow, Google-Business optimization, optional AI concierge. Built for independent and boutique hotels in DACH and Greece who want their margin back.
What hotel operators actually face
- 1Booking.com and Expedia take 15-25% per reservation. Your direct-booking site sends fewer than 10% of guests.
- 2Tourists from Italy / France / Russia / Greece search in their own languages. Without multilingual SEO, the OTAs win them.
- 3BFSG enforcement: booking flows must be WCAG 2.2 AA from 28 June 2025. Most hotel booking systems shipped pre-2025 fail.
- 4Customer relationship lives on the OTA. No way to email past guests directly for off-season offers.

Hotel projects — frequently asked questions
Will I have to leave Booking.com?+
No. We integrate with channel managers (SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, Mews, Apaleo) so you keep the OTA distribution while shifting margin to direct. Most clients see direct bookings hit 30-40% within 6 months.
How do payments work?+
Stripe is default for DACH. Mollie for SEPA-heavy markets. Adyen for enterprise. PCI-DSS handled by the processor — your site never sees card data.
Do you do hotel photography?+
We coordinate the shoot through partner photographers (Berlin / Athens / Vienna network). Costs are pass-through, not marked up. Typical shoot 1,200-2,500 € per property.
Can the site handle multiple properties?+
Yes. Multi-property templates with per-property branding overrides. Common booking engine, separate room inventories.
