Do I have to leave OpenTable / TheFork right away?+

No. We typically run direct bookings alongside the platforms for 60–90 days, then phase out the platforms once the direct funnel is producing covers. Some clients keep one platform for tourist discovery and shift everything else to direct.

How do you handle reviews?+

Google Business is the primary channel. We integrate review-request automation post-visit (compliant under DSGVO + post-purchase legitimate-interest basis). Tripadvisor / Yelp continue but are no longer the funnel.

Will the site be BFSG compliant?+

Yes by default. The booking form, menu PDFs, and image gallery all pass WCAG 2.2 AA. The Erklärung zur Barrierefreiheit is drafted and published with the site.

How long does a restaurant project take?+
